In the winters wash your face and hands in cold water, to keep the naturally moisture in. But apply oil/cream after every wash.

Exercise For The Fingers And The Wrist:
Exercise your tired hands upon an imaginary keyboard. Stretch your hands out, and flap them like wings of a bird. Rotate your wrists clockwise and anti-clockwise. If you write a lot exercise your fingers by clenching your fists. Then open out your fingers fast. This helps to relieve finger fatigue but is also prevents fingers from gaining deposits at the joints.
