Exercises For Your Tired Feet:

Exercise 1

  • Sit on the edge of the chair/ stool.
  • Raise your legs and bend your knees. Clasp your hands around your knees.
  • Rotate your feet outwards, inwards, upwards and finally downwards.
  • Repeat 30 times to soothe your feet.

Exercise 2

  • Sit on the edge of the chair/ stool.
  • Keep a container on the floor. Place your foot on it and roll it back and fro. The movement should be from the tips of the toes to the heel.
  • Repeat with other foot.
  • Do 10 repetitions with each foot.

Exercise 3

  • Sit on the floor with knees bent. Keep your back straight.
  • Hold your right foot with your right hand and left foot with the left hand.
  • Raise each foot alternatively.
  • Repeat 10 times.

Exercise 4

  • Lie on your back and raise your legs. Rest them against a wall.
  • Position yourself, as to form a right angle between your legs and your body.
  • Relax in this posture and feel refreshed.
