Oh the battles against mental misery ! With depression clouds surrounding you it is difficult to succeed business or personal relationships. Most of your energy goes in trying to survive this combat the gloomy clouds. All just seems to be blue. Absentmindedness disables us from succeeding in your career or in a needed relationship.

  1. Turn focussing on others.
    The view is always small when you look at yourself. It's the view, which matters ! Try and focus on other people's needs. Help them out ! You will be surprised how good it makes you feel !
  2. Your health.
    Depression is provoked due to the down fall of our health. You need to take care of your basic health needs. Get ample sleep, exercise and eat healthy food.
  3. Take it easy.
    Don't compare your lifestyle to others. Comparing standards of living can be very depressing. Instead aim at simplifying your life. Simplification is the key word. The more you complicate things the worse affect it has on you.
  4. Avoid destructive thoughts.
    We become what we think. Our thought process affects our daily lifestyle, attitude to life and happiness. Thomas Jefferson said "nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude."
  5. Friendship.

  6. Mend broken Bridges.
    Try and work out things with those you've wronged. Say sorry and ask for forgiveness. It may not be your fault but try and make the first move. Don't hold grudges. It never helped anyone.
  7. Medical help
    Conditions such as low levels of thyroxin and hormonal changes trigger depression. Consult your doctor.
  8. Be thankful.
    Be thankful for every little thing you have. Let your loved ones know, you are grateful to have them. The smile on their faces will be reward enough.
